About

My philosophy

We all carry stories shaped by our early experiences. These stories become the lens through which we interpret events and respond to them. They shape not only how we see ourselves but also the quality of our relationships. The good news? These stories can be rewritten—changing the story can change the connection.

My journey

I came to therapy after building a successful business and navigating a painful marriage that ultimately ended in divorce. That experience sparked a deep need to understand why well-meaning people struggle so much in relationships. We’re simply not taught how to do them well—despite research showing that relationship quality is the biggest predictor of life satisfaction. Today, I’m in a loving, connected partnership—not by luck, but through learning, tears, and growth. My work as a therapist is shaped by that hard-earned, practical journey. I aim to be the therapist I once needed.

My qualifications

My qualifications include a Doctorate in Counselling Psychology and a Master’s in Relationship Therapy; I am also an accredited EMDR practitioner. And more than anything, I’m a lifelong learner. Whenever I’m unsure—whether in life or in practice—it sparks a new path of growth. I read widely, research deeply, observe closely, and continually learn from those who inspire me.

My passion

More than anything, I want to help heal a world struggling with relational division. We all long to be seen and understood—and when we’re not, hurt turns to anger, and connection breaks down. This pain spreads through marriages, families, communities, and nations. I don’t know how much difference I can make, but I know doing nothing won’t help. So now, I’m sharing what I’ve learned—through teaching, speaking, online courses and and writing books.
