This live online training will provide therapists with an overview of why and how intensive therapy with couples is profoundly transformative for many couples in a way that doesn’t happen in weekly therapy.

The training will be delivered across three modules,

The first module will explain the intensive format – how it is structured, why and how it works, where variations can be integrated, who it is useful for and therapist readiness. Intensives can be adapted to any therapy modality although my primary structure is built around relational life therapy (RLT).

In this second module we will flesh out the structure of an intensive in much more detail. Resources, techniques and approaches will be shared and discussed. By the end of this second module each therapist will have a template for how they would adapt their own personal way of working to the intensive format.

Module three will focus on how to practically start working intensively, how to integrate this way of working into your practice and how to market and promoted this way of working to couples so you can start to transition your practice.
